Our products are made to order. When you order, it is a pre-order, and the blacksmith gets to work to fulfill your order. We do not keep a backstock or inventory of our products.
Please allow up to 6 weeks from time of purchase. Ships USPS Priority Mail or UPS. You may request another shipping service (must cover any additional shipping costs)
Returns/Exchange/Cancellations

These hand forged products are made to last a lifetime. Each purchase comes with a Lifetime Guarantee at no additional charge to you. Our guarantee protects the buyer from any cracks or breakage that may occur over time. If this happens a free replacement in the original size will promptly be issued.
There may be marks, small surface blemishes and natural discolorations,
etc. that occur during the production process - these in no way affect
the beauty and function of the cookware. As such, cosmetic markings are normal and fall within our rigorous quality control standards. Our products are living materials and will develop lovely, rich patinas with
use.

Warping can happen with carbon steel cookware. Warping happens when an empty pan or wok is left on a hot stove top. This is not covered in our lifetime guarantee. You can contact us about warping--we can fix your warped Newquist pan or wok at an hourly shop rate. Contact us for details
