SOLD OUT. Available next January 20, 2024 at 9am PST. Newquist Forge is a small artisanal blacksmith shop in the Pacific Northwest. We make a limited number of cookware and tools each year. Sign up on our mailing list to receive shop updates.

Made to order.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

This listing is for our lid only.

Our carbon steel lid fits and matches our 11" and 13" skillets and roasters!  Helps to contain the heat. Faster cooking and keeps the splash down. Perfect for baking bread.

This lid is designed for our cookware. Because all our cookware is hand made, there is some variation in how the lid fits (above or below the rivets). Will not create a tight seal, but works fantastically for most cooking applications.

***Need a lid for a skillet/roaster already in your possession? We will contact you after your order to request dimensions and a photo of your pan to match your lid to your pan exactly.
