This carbon steel roaster is hand forged and pre-seasoned. Deeper than our fry pan, it holds more volume with slightly steeper sides, and two helper handles keep a low profile in the oven. Beautiful presentation for the table. Paella, roasted potatoes and more.

Carbon steel pans are used for searing, caramelizing, and baking - plus, you can learn to cook delicate foods like fish and eggs with no sticking. They’re iron pans, forged rather than cast, which makes them lighter and easier to handle, and quicker to season.
They can take high temperatures and they can go from stove top, to oven, to table.

These hand forged products are made to last a lifetime. Each purchase comes with a Lifetime Guarantee at no additional charge to you. Our guarantee protects the buyer from any cracks or breakage that may occur over time. If this happens a free replacement in the original size will promptly be issued.
There may be marks, small surface blemishes and natural discolorations,
etc. that occur during the production process - these in no way affect
the beauty and function of the cookware. As such, cosmetic markings are normal and fall within our rigorous quality control standards. Our products are living materials and will develop lovely, rich patinas with
use.

Warping can happen with carbon steel cookware. Warping happens when an empty pan or wok is left on a hot stove top. This is not covered in our lifetime guarantee. You can contact us about warping--we can fix your warped Newquist pan or wok at an hourly shop rate. Contact us for details
