Willow tray to hold fruit or vegetables, or will work with a hot dish from the oven straight to the center piece of the table. The willow platter is sturdy, lightweight and long lasting. Easy to clean with a damp cloth.
Sustainably grown and harvested at Marrowstone Willow in the Pacific Northwest. I will never make big production batches of this piece, making it a unique and collectable item.
Must be stored indoors/heated space.
Willow varieties used include Acutifolia, Polish Purple, and stripped white willow.

About willow: Basketry willow is grown and coppiced yearly to produce long, straight and supple rods. Grown on Marrowstone Island, WA.
Techniques used: Scallomed, fitched, waled. Rods are hand split willow.
