Crafted from willow sustainably grown and harvested in the Pacific Northwest, these fibers are naturally water-resistant and built to endure seasons of sun and soil. Because we weave in small, intentional batches rather than mass production, each basket remains a unique, collectible piece

etc. that occur during the production process - these in no way affect
the beauty and function of the cookware. As such, cosmetic markings are normal and fall within our rigorous quality control standards. Our products are living materials and will develop lovely, rich patinas with
use.

Warping can happen with carbon steel cookware. Warping happens when an empty pan or wok is left on a hot stove top. This is not covered in our lifetime guarantee. You can contact us about warping--we can fix your warped Newquist pan or wok at an hourly shop rate. Contact us for details
