Hand-woven using traditional techniques, this sculptural basket with an asymmetric border is a gorgeous companion whether in the home or taking your lunch with you in style. Madrona wood handle is knobbly and unique.
Crafted from willow sustainably grown and harvested in the Pacific Northwest, these fibers are naturally water-resistant and built to endure seasons of sun and soil. Because I weave in small, intentional batches rather than mass production, each basket remains a unique, collectible piece.
Must be store indoors or a dry, heated space.
Willow varieties used include stripped white willow, polish purple, and jageiallonka . Cherry wood handle.
